What we can accept

Towels that are unused, unwashed and still in their original packaging with tags attached.

Faulty items

If a towel arrives faulty or damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us with a photo and we will replace it or refund you. This is separate from changing your mind, and it is not limited by the standard return window.

If a magnet ever fails, that is a fault rather than a change of mind. Email us and we will put it right.
